Good Mechanics make a good repair shop. We have very good mechanics. Along with Steve our Master Technician who has been with the company for over 14 years we have John who is ASE certified and has been with the company for over 14 years as well. In January of 2009 we hired Dale Bennett who is an ASE Certified Technician along with over 30 years experience. Our other certified technician is Dan who has several years experience and does a great job for us. Our maintenance specialist Don Fielder has been with the company for over 7 years.
Our service advisors at the front counter are Rich Elder and Dennis Dieckhaus. They will help you with any questions you have and insure you understand exactly the work that's being done to your vehicle.
The Operations Manager of Roy's Auto Repair is Steve Johnson. Steve is Roy and Carol Esslingers son-in-law so you have a direct family member to come to if you have any concerns.
